We have a couple sinks that leak and are inside wooden cabinets. When they leak, it puddles on the wood floor and stains/warps/mildews them. We've replaced the gaskets, but they still leak from time-to-time, so we purchased these alarms and put them beneath the faucets in the cabinet. They are easy to use, work great, with just a small amount of water, the alarms sound off very loudly.We also have an RV that has a grey water tank. The tank's test levels don't work correctly, so we've had the grey water come up through our shower drain. This creates a nasty mess, so the remedy is using one of these alarms in the shower by the drain.
