DEHUMIDIFIER WITH DRAIN HOSE allows CONTINUOUS DRAIN OPTION - Versatile, no-bucket option provides more flexibility to remove moisture. You can remove the water tank and place the unit above the sink using the included drain hose, or position it over a floor drain, near a window or door.

We are four days of use and more and more impressed. The unit is the most compact model we have used for the capacity, and therefore space, that it can dehumidify. It is relatively quiet and dependable, having run essentially non-stop so far. We have tried emptying the unit as it fills and also using the hose into a pump to run truly non-stop. Either well works well and would be a good choice depending on your situation. It provided very clean water for our plants when we emptied the unit and the pump option keeps it running all the time and eliminates the "chore" of manually emptying the unit. Our last three unit from various manufacturers lasted less than 2 years so we chose this one based on reliability but still purchased an optional 4 year warranty and will be very surprised if we do not use it. BTW, I set this up and started it with only the quick set-up guide; in other words, very easy to get started but that may come from years of using different units.
